Retail Assistant - PART TIME (Weekends & Holidays) CROMER |

Description: We're looking for weekend & holiday staff to join our experienced and friendly team at our exciting store in Cromer. This role is for weekend shifts, although additional overtime shifts may also be available at the Cromer store and at our other Norfolk stores. Day-to-day role:
Customer service is hugely important to us; we have grown considerably due to the outstanding service we continually provide our customers. Whilst we do provide training via the Pettitt & Boo Academy, knowledge and recognised qualifications in pet care/zoology/veterinary sciences/biology/chemistry is an advantage. An understanding of raw feeding is also favourable.
Your day will include:
- serving customers and providing appropriate advice for their pets needs.
- checking and unpacking stock deliveries (this may involve some lifting/moving of boxes, so you need to be physically fit)
- keeping the shop tidy and products neatly displayed
- fussing and giving treats to all the furbabies that visit.
